Shawinigan, QC - The Canadian Hockey League today announced the nominees for the 10 major awards that will be presented at the annual CHL Awards Ceremony which takes places this Saturday May 26, 2012, at 2:30 pm Centres des Arts Shawinigan.

Details: The CHL Awards Ceremony crowns the stars of the Canadian Hockey League. A total of 10 awards will be given, including the Top NHL Prospect, Sportsman of the Year and Top Scorer for the 2011-2012 season. Other trophies will also honour the humanitarian player, scholastic player, rookie, goaltender, defenseman, coach and best player. The event will be hosted by Maxim Martin, humorist and television show host for Junior et Majeur at TVA Sports and Louis Jean, journalist at TVA Sports.
For this event, seating will be reserved for the media. Please register at the Centre Bionest media room. All award winners in attendance will be available for interviews after the ceremony.
