We're looking for Shop Sales Staff. This staff member will provide customer service and sales processing in the Hurricane Shop. The applicant will work as part of a team of staff in the store during all home games.

Qualifications

The applicant must have excellent customer service skills, responsible, a positive attitude and a friendly welcoming manner as well as being a team player. Must have a ‘customer first’ mind set, with strong communication and money skills.

Responsibilities

Assist customers with merchandise and processing of sales, replenishing stock and balancing at the end of each game.

Hours of Work

2 Hours prior to the start of every home game until 15 minutes after the end of the game.

Minimum of 36 games in the 2012/13 season.
