Lethbridge, AB - The first full day of practices and scrimmages kicked off with the rookies hitting the ice first thing Wednesday morning. Team White edged past Team Blue 3-1 with Canes 2011 1st round Bantam pick Reid Duke chipping in 1 goal and 1 assist. Devin Ruff added a pair of assists in the win for Team White.

The second scrimmage of the day featured Team Red knocking off Team Blue 8-1. The Lethbridge Hurricanes 1st draft pick of 2012 (4th overall) Giorgio Estephan finished the game with 6 points (2G, 4A) in the win while Tyler Wong had 3 points (2G, 1A)
